Gorgeous blue velvet peasant style dress - Hire only

This dress has a royal blue velvet bodice, fully boned and closing to the back with two rows of hooks and eyes, finished off with puff sleeves and a turquoise lace/ribbon trim.

The skirt is made up of the layers, the bottom two white and the top layer turquoise. The fit of the bodice can be cinched in a little further with the turquoise velvet braiding at the front. 

Matching hair piece is included.

Chest 30-32"

Waist 24-26"

Please note although there is an internal basque to the skirt, there is no attached pant so an under leotard would need to be worn.
